Cancer Cell Determination

After obtaining the best estimate for cell size, the cancer/larger cells in the following image are easily isolated and counted.

Using knowledge of the cell size, the normal cells can be isolated, like so. The image below shows the test image without the cancer cells, while the image below it shows the isolated cancer cells.
